With over 30 years experience, Ashkee is a Reiki Master/Teacher. She practices several systems of Reiki; Traditional Usui, Seichem, Tera-Mai, Gendai Reiki Ho and Ascension Reiki. At this time she holds classes teaching Traditional and Seichem Reiki and see's clients by appointment. Distance Reiki courses are available for both the United States and Internationally.

Other Alternative techniques used in Ashkees practice include Neuro Integration, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Energy Psychology, and Flower Essence. Ashkee is also an Ordained Minister of MSLA (Melchizedek Synthesis Light Academy) whose founder is Dr Joshua David Stone.
