The phrase “Healing Techniques” is a fancy way of saying “Hand Positions”. When we channel healing energy it enters from the crown and flows out of our Palm Chakras. This means we have the strongest flow of energy coming directly from the palms.

You will hear people say that you need only lay your hands on an individual and the healing energy will flow to wherever it is needed. In all respects this is a true statement. Then why is there so much information being written and discussed about Healing Techniques? Times are changing. We live in a faster world. We are growing Spiritually. We are evolving. We are capable of so much more as healers. We are able to channel higher frequencies of energy. These are exciting times.

My definition of a Healing Technique is: To send the flow of energy to a certain part of the body or energy system (aura). To put this in simple terms we position our hands in these areas. Remember your hands are the strong energy source. The art of hands on healing has taken on some major changes through the years. We have discovered that the positioning of the hands is important.

Healers are taking a more of a role in their work. Realizing that they are not only channels for this beautiful energy. They are this energy.

We can do amazing healings by assuming more of an active role in a healing session. Working with our guides, using visualization, working with the Ascended Masters, Polarity work, Touch Point Healing and Meridian Clearing. The list is endless.
